Case Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and experienced LCSW or LMFT to provide high-quality therapy services to individuals struggling with addiction and substance abuse issues. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in both individual and group therapy, with experience working with individuals in recovery. This position allows for flexibility, offering three days a week onsite in San Francisco and two days remote. The therapist will be responsible for conducting intakes, providing individual therapy, leading group therapy sessions, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

Individual Therapy: Provide therapeutic support to clients dealing with addiction, substance abuse, and co-occurring mental health issues. Develop personalized treatment plans to support clients in their recovery journey.Group Therapy: Facilitate group therapy sessions for individuals struggling with addiction. Promote a safe and supportive environment for clients to share experiences and learn coping strategies.Intakes & Assessments: Conduct intake assessments to evaluate client needs, risks, and goals. Determine appropriate treatment options and make referrals when necessary.Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including doctors, counselors, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and case records, in accordance with agency policies and state regulations.Remote & In-Person Flexibility: Provide therapy services remotely three days a week and onsite two days a week in San Francisco, offering a blend of flexibility and in-person care.

Qualifications:

Licensure: Current, active California LCSW or LMFT license is required.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in providing therapy, with a focus on addiction and substance abuse issues.Experience conducting intakes, assessments, and developing treatment plans for individuals with addiction and co-occurring disorders.Experience facilitating group therapy sessions and working with diverse client populations.

Skills:

Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities for addiction and substance abuse recovery.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Comfort with using telehealth platforms and working remotely, while also having the ability to provide effective in-person therapy when needed.

Additional Requirements:

Strong commitment to ethical and professional practice in alignment with state and federal regulations.Ability to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.Flexibility and adaptability in a hybrid work environment (2 days onsite, 3 days remote).

Work Schedule:

Days: Monday - FridaySchedule: Flexible, with three days per week onsite in San Francisco and two days remote.This is starting on a 6 month contract

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $65.00
