Your Day-to-Day:
Work closely with clients experiencing severe and persistent mental health challenges.Assess individual needs and connect clients to valuable community resources.Develop and execute personalized service plans alongside clients.Monitor and ensure quality service delivery for clients.Stay on top of Medicaid billing and documentation requirements.Conduct chart audits to maintain compliance and quality standards.What We’re Looking For:
Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related Behavioral Health field from an accredited university.Experience: At least one year of experience working with adults and children experiencing mental health challenges.Knowledge: Familiarity with the Medicaid Manual (certification required within 90 days of hire).Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.Licensure: A valid Ohio Driver’s License with a clean driving record.Compliance: Ability to pass annual criminal background screenings.What Makes Chrysalis Health Stand Out?
