Case Manager Job Requirements

Knowledge and skills at a level normally acquired through the completion of bachelor’s degree in human services or behavioral healthcare field, orAssociate’s degree in human services or behavioral healthcare field with some paid or volunteer experience in the field of chemical dependency treatment, orQBHS level of education, CDCA preferred with one (1) year experience in the field of chemical dependency or mental health treatment preferred.If not currently certified as a CDCA, QMHS and ongoing training to maintain this status is required.
