Description
The Customer Service Case Administrator is a dynamic role focused on providing top-tier customer support. This role will be responsible for conducting in-depth research, evaluation, and timely resolution of product related cases. This role possesses a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, demonstrating an ability to build trust and long-term relationships with customers.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Prioritize customer inquiries and solutions through efficient time management and focused attention.
• Assess brand loyalty with an emphasis on achieving total customer satisfaction.
• Inform customers of Honda's stance, ensuring it's supported by facts and comprehensive data from relevant parties.
• Employ a full range of negotiation techniques and abilities to achieve a resolution to promote repurchase intent.
• Evaluate requests for customer goodwill individually, ensuring a personalized approach
Daily Tasks:
Review, research, assess, manage and resolve product-related cases in a timely and efficient manner
Effectively communicate and follow-up with customers, dealerships, field personnel and all levels of management
Provide customers with company's position based on facts and gathered information from all involved parties
Utilize all negotiation tools and skills to reach a mutually satisfactory resolution to promote lifetime owner loyalty.
Accurately capture and document customer information to capture the Voice of the Customer and ensure all coding is accurate and in compliance with requirements
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
