Description We are a well-established Personal Injury Law Firm providing an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal or Case Manager in Fresno, California. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for managing pre-litigation cases from start to finish, ensuring top-tier service to our clients. Responsibilities: • Communicate with clients regularly, keeping them updated on the progress of their case • Collect, analyze, and manage intake information, medical records, and other necessary supporting documents • Take responsibility for property damage claims management • Verify and maintain communication with insurance adjusters to ensure insurance coverage • Oversee the medical treatment process for clients, including scheduling appointments and following up on care • Organize and manage case files, making sure they are ready for demand submission • Collaborate closely with attorneys to evaluate case value and negotiate settlements • Proactively track the progress of cases and provide consistent updates • Act as a primary contact for clients, ensuring their queries and concerns are addressed promptly • Ensure compliance with medical and insurance terminology. Requirements • Applicant must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Paralegal or Case Manager or in a related role. • Proficiency in Medical Records Analysis is required. • Must have experience in Client Intake processes and procedures. • Familiarity with Property Damage Claim handling is essential. • Knowledge of Personal Injury Law is mandatory. • Experience in Prelitigation processes is required. • Must possess strong Case Management skills. • Ability to coordinate schedules effectively is a must.
