Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Case Manager to join our team. In this role, you will build and maintain relationships with clients and all collateral partners, including schools, funding partners, therapists, agencies, and foster homes. You will set limits for youth, develop interventions, and set goals toward individual successes in collaboration with clients' guardians, therapists, and other providers. Participation in on-call services as needed is also required.

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $52000.00/yr.
