Description We are in search of a Case Manager to join our team in Fresno, California, 93726, United States. As a Case Manager, you will be at the forefront of managing pre-litigation cases from intake to settlement, while ensuring superior service to our clients. Responsibilities: • Act as the primary liaison for clients, keeping them updated on their case progress. • Analyze and collect intake information, medical records, and supporting documents. • Facilitate the acquisition of Police Reports. • Notify appropriate parties such as Medi-Cal and Medi-Care. • Manage property damage claims efficiently. • Ensure insurance coverage verification and maintain communication with adjusters. • Oversee medical treatment for clients by scheduling appointments and following up on care. • Keep case files orderly and up-to-date, ensuring they are ready for demand submission. • Collaborate with attorneys to evaluate case value and negotiate settlements. • Actively monitor case progress and provide regular updates.
