Case Manager and Scheduling Specialist

We are looking for a Case Manager who will be responsible for coordinating and managing the scheduling and collection of exams results for employees and applicants. This role ensures a smooth onboarding process by effectively communicating with candidates and health care providers.


Responsibilities: 

Scheduling exams for applicants and employees along with other tests based on needs and availability.Communicate with applicants and employees to confirm appointments and provide necessary instructions.Coordinate with health care providers to ensure timely completion of exams.Recruit health care providers to administer exams based on requirements needed.Maintain and organize schedule and track exam statuses.Collect exam results from providers in addition to a quality assurance review.Ensure that all processes comply with company policies and procedures.Assist in maintaining confidentiality of applicant information. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred. Previous experience in case management.Strong organizational and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and in electronic case management systems.Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Excellent problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.Adhere to strict deadlines while managing a high volume of work.Effectively prioritize tasks and workflows to ensure timely completion of exam and      result collection.Demonstrate flexibility in responses to surges in workload, maintaining quality and      efficiency under pressure.
