Case Manager Assistant
**Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first** The Case Manager Assistant contributes to administration of care management. Provides non-clinical support to the assessment and evaluation of members' needs and requirements to achieve and/or maintain optimal wellness state by guiding members/families toward and facilitate interaction with resources appropriate for the care and wellbeing of members. The Case Manager Assistant performs basic administrative/clerical/operational/customer support/computational tasks. Typically works on routine and patterned assignments. The Case Manager Assistant reviews assigned medical records to ensure appropriate documentation, quality of care provided, visit utilization, appropriate contacts with physicians, adherence to the doctor’s orders and plan of care. Communicates with staff any concerns or deficiencies uncovered and will report to Administrator/Designee to resolve ongoing problems. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system. Assures ongoing compliance of quality of documentation is provided and the timely submission of such documents. Identify and report any staff continually out of compliance. **Use your skills to make an impact** **Required Qualifications** + Less than 2 years of Microsoft Office technical experience with Word, Outlook, and Excel + Administrative support experience in a healthcare industry + Familiarity with care and well-being resources + Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences + Medical terminology familiarity + Bilingual (English and Spanish speaker) + Home Health experience **Preferred Qualifications** + Associate's Degree + Wellsky/Kinnser Experience + Demonstrated excellent customer service and communication skills + Microsoft Access proficiency **Additional Information** + Hybrid + Location: 3351 Executive Way Miramar, FL 33025 + Normal Hours of Operation: M-F / 8:30am-5:00pm (ET) + Rotating weekends (1 weekend every 4 weeks **Scheduled Weekly Hours** 40 **Pay Range** The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
