Southern California Treatment Programs (SCTP) has been serving youth from Child Welfare, Social Services, and probation systems around Los Angeles and Orange County since 2012. Our nine CARF-accredited group homes, all of which are licensed Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Programs, provide a safe and nurturing environment in which the youth can learn, grow, and develop strong ties with their local community. SCTP utilizes a community-centered approach, enabling our youth to attend school, hold a job, volunteer, and engage in community projects.
Pay: Rate starting at $23.00 per hour; $1000.00 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time Clinical position paid out at 3 and 6 Months!

What you will do: You will be responsible for administrating, developing, and facilitating the completion of case management services and treatment plans in accordance with the needs of each assigned resident. You will act as the primary liaison between our residents and all site departments, parents/legal guardians, and placing agency officials.
To be considered you must: Be empathetic, patient, and respectful, with a genuine desire to work with troubled teens ~ Pass a criminal background check, drug screening, physical exam, and TB test ~ Have a current State Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record for the past 3 years ~ Have applicable degree and experience working with youth in a related setting (e.g. mental health, treatment services, residential, schools, after-school programs, coaching sports, etc.): Associates level degree plus six years of related experience, a bachelors level degree plus four years related experience, or a masters level degree plus two years of related experience.
