New River Valley Recovery Court is seeking a Case Manager I, II, or III! The Case Manager provides case management for individuals with mental illness, substance use, or co-occurring disorders who demonstrate a need for active case management services. The Case Manager coordinates services and/or resources needed by the client to support their basic needs and to enable them to remain and function optimally in the community. Works as part of the Recovery Court Team to coordinate services for clients enrolled in the program and to ensure compliance with program requirements/expectations. Also provides discharge services and active follow-up to engage the client in appropriate services. Attends treatment team meetings, speciality court hearings, and maintains contact with referral sources (e.g., Probation, DSS, etc.) as needed.

 

Starting Hourly Rates:

Case Manager I: $16.23

Case Manager II: $17.56

Case Manager III: $18.44

 

Education Requirements:

Case Manager I: 

High School Diploma with at least one year of experience in a setting working with individuals with substance use disorders and/or possible co-occurring mental illness is required.

Case Manager II:

Bachelor's Degree in Education, Social Work, Psychology, or Human Services related field is required.

Case Manager III:

Bachelor's Degree in Education, Social Work, Psychology, or Human Services related field is required. Registration as a QMHP-A is required.
