Bring your commitment to helping others and leadership skills to a team-based workplace that puts people first. As Case Management Lead, you’ll play an important role in helping the company achieve its mission of providing quality services to the individuals we serve. This is a temporary (2-3 month) assignment. + Provide case management reviews and supervision; oversee services provided. + Support the development and oversee the implementation of service plans for individuals served. + Regularly review case records to monitor home visits, maintain quality of documentation, and ensure compliance; assure quality of service through regular file reviews. + Monitor adherence to treatment plans. + Review placement disruptions, internal movement of individuals, and on-call activity. + Participate in the review and matching of new intakes. + Supervise assigned staff including performance evaluations, scheduling, orientation, training, and proper certification. May make recommendations on employee hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes, discipline, terminations, and similar actions.
