About Program Performance & Planning The Program Performance and Planning (PPP) team advances a culture of learning, strategic program development, and data-driven performance management in pursuit of the agency’s mission and vision. PPP partners with program managers to select and develop new interventions, analyze and interpret data, assess model fidelity and program effectiveness, train and coach staff, and develop program resources. About the Position PPP seeks a part-time Case Record Reviewer to support our Enhanced Family Foster Care (EFFC) and Family Support and Empowerment programs (FSEP) (also known as Preventive) through case record reviews that assess model fidelity to Solution Based Casework (SBC) and the quality of our practice. This position will report to the Manager of Performance Analysis. The ideal candidate will possess detailed knowledge of preventive services and/or foster care as well as a general knowledge of SBC. Responsibilities: + Complete case record reviews of families receiving services through EFFC or FSEP with a focus on SBC, safety and risk, and supervisory guidance. Case reviews will be a combination of remote electronic reviews and on-site reviews of paper files. + Report back to program leadership on any areas to celebrate and areas of concern and needing immediate follow-up. + Participate in staff meetings and trainings as needed to provide insight around SBC and quality casework practice + Conduct targeted case reviews as needed Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree and minimum 1 year of related experience + Experience with NYC child welfare programs and ACS requirements + Basic knowledge of Solution Based Casework (SBC), Certification is a plus Competencies and Strengths: In keeping with the Graham Pillars of Respect, Grow, Thrive, and Lead and the requirements of the position, we are seeking someone with the following competencies and strengths: + Detailed & Organized: Extremely detail-oriented, with excellent written and oral communication skills. + Curious: Interested in understanding why things are the way they are and persistent about figuring things out. + Respectful: Celebrates vibrant and diverse spiritual and ideological perspectives, racial, ethnic, and gender identities, and sexual orientations. + Solution-Focused and Dependable: Works with others to solve problems, acknowledges mistakes and successes, and follows through on commitments. Position Type Part Time (10 hours per week) Salary/Compensation $32 per hour if meet minimum requirements $37 per hour if has Master’s degree and/or 3+ years of experience Location Hybrid position: Combination of remote and in person. In person will be primarily based in our Downtown Brooklyn Office but should be willing to travel to Upper Manhattan and the Bronx.
