The Cash Analyst is responsible for providing support and service to the Branch network related to their cash supply and cash ordering needs, including assisting with offsite ATM terminals and working directly with courier service partners.

Key Responsibilities:
·Provides support and service to Branches on cash supply, cash ordering, courier service, and offsite ATM questions and issues; researches outages and missing shipments; opens ATM service tickets when needed.
·Monitors cash ordering schedules and supply limits; notifies Branches of deadlines, missed cutoffs and exceeded limits; places manual special and late orders when needed.
·Assists the Reconciliation department with researching any credit and debit discrepancies they may have with Branch or offsite ATM cash.
·Compiles and maintains various incidence, audit, balancing, and summary reports related to cash levels, couriers, ATMs and cash ordering activities.
·Maintains and updates Branch information in electronic cash management systems.

Competencies Required:
·Developed computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and the ability to navigate banking and cash ordering software applications and systems (OptiNet).
·Excellent organizational and data entry skills, with the ability to multi-task, maintain accuracy, and meet deadlines in a fast paced, high volume environment.
·Customer service orientation with strong problem solving abilities and sound decision making skills.
·Self starter possessing the ability to work independently while supporting a team environment.
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact and build business partnerships with internal and external parties.
·Solid math and analytical skills with strong attention to detail and high concern for data accuracy.
·Working knowledge of branch cash operations and cash management concepts.

·1-3 years cash handling, banking or accounting experience required; or a combination of work experience and education.

Formal Education & Certification:
·High School Diploma or equivalent.
·Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

Work Status:
·Full-Time.

Supervisory Responsibility:
·None.

Travel:
·Up to 10% travel expected.

Working Conditions:
·Conditions involve lifting no more than ten pounds, sitting most of the time, but may involve walking, moving, or standing for brief periods, and occasionally lifting and carrying articles like files, ledgers, folders, etc.
