Cash and Banking Process Design Manager
Digital Solutions combines various processes ranging from global transformation delivery, project and programme portfolio management, change management, template, business process management, automation centre of excellence, global data management and others.
In this role You will:
Drive harmonisation of Cash & Banking processes across GBS – providing cross-divisional process standardsDrive integration between GBS Cash & Banking and Group Treasury processes with the target of end-to-end optimisation with the integration of business entity requirementsCoordinate the development and maintenance of relevant Globally Defined Practices for Cash & Banking processes, including identification of innovation ideas to drive group-wide improvementsRecommend process automation where feasibleAssess aspects of Cash & Banking process performance and efficiency against market capabilities to identify improvement opportunities (i.e., benchmarking etc.)Complete initial review of change / optimisation initiatives – identify and evaluate high-level process, system or capability risks and recommend proposal changes or solutions to mitigate risksPartner with Transformation or Transition teams to effectively manage the project lifecycle to ensure delivery of desired outcome on a timely basis and within approved budgetFacilitate workshops for process analysis, design, and implementation activitiesSupport stakeholders in decision making and sign-off all future Cash & Banking process designsAs the Centre of Expertise, provide process insight to internal and external partners and process users as requiredWhat You will need to be successful:
Significant operational experience in business shared services, outsourcing or similarConsiderable Business / Process Analysis experience, preferably with strong user interactionSolid understanding of tools and systems associated with data gathering, compilation and analysisDemonstrated hands on experience in process management and re-engineeringHave in-depth knowledge of Cash & Banking processes including key roles, departments, and common Process Performance IndicatorsTrack record of experience in developing business requirements and/or participation in a large-scale process re-design initiativeRelevant, previous experience with continuous improvement tools and methodologiesKnowledge of project and change management methodologies and financial/operational control practices is good to haveStrong interpersonal and influencing skills and ability to communicate clearly within or outside the organisationVery strong problem-solving and analytical skillsExperience with Microsoft suite of applications (Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)Personal time management skills and ability to meet individual and team deadlinesAbility to think outside-the-boxAt bp, we provide the following environment & benefits to you:
