Cash and Trade Processing Rep 3 (Tuesday - Saturday 9am-5:30pm) (Onsite/Resident)

The Cash and Trade Proc Rep 3 is an entry level role responsible for processing varied cash & trade operation tasks in coordination with the Transaction Services team. The overall objective is to perform multiple processing activities of limited complexity in a fast-paced environment, while focusing on quality, details and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

Randomly extract, review and report data entry deviations using Parascript and TMSCalibrate on a regular basis to ensure 95% confidence level with a margin of error of 1-2%.Perform client impacting quality control functions, all data entry functions (including Audit) and specialty functions within the operations process with strong proficiency:Escalate observed issues timely and appropriatelyProactively identify opportunities for process improvements yielding increased productivity and efficiency for the operationSupport higher level tasks and other duties to support the business as neededOperate within a highly regulated, high security environment; adhere to all departmental and corporate policies and procedures, dress code, client requirements and compliance guidelinesAccept feedback in a constructive mannerActively contribute to a positive team environment and cultureEmbrace change and support business directivesAdhere to Citi Values and Code of ConductSchedule - Tuesday-Saturday 9am-5:30pm

Qualifications:

Possess interpersonal skills to partner with analysts and managers to adjust metrics when necessaryAbility to work with an established MIS frameworkFlexible and adaptable, able to multi-task and prioritize in a high paced processing environment with strict deadlines and service levelsDemonstrated history of working well within a team environment, working towards a common goal requiring respectful communication and teamworkExcellent attention to detail, targeting straight-through-processingIntermediate PC Proficiency; including Excel, Access, and Lockbox ApplicationsPrior Lockbox, payment processing, banking experience, or operations experiencePrevious audit and quality control experience preferredSelf-motivated, goal oriented with strong time management skillsAble to work a flexible schedule to accommodate weekends/holidays and additional hours as requiredManual dexterity required, all tasks are repetitiveU.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency (green card) is a prerequisite for this positionMust be able to speak/write/understand EnglishMust pass an extensive background check including criminal, credit and drug (renewed every 5 years)Demonstrate high level of focus and attention to detail, ensuring strong quality and minimizing reworkReadily adapts to changes in deadlines and changes in daily work assignmentsExpected to escalate observed issues timely and appropriatelyProfessionally interact and positively collaborate with team members, peers and managers across shifts and sites to ensure client timelines and quality requirements are metSupport higher level tasks as neededProfessionally provide feedback and guidance to other processors related to the quality/productivity output of their workFacilitate new hire and cross functional education as neededActively contribute to a positive team environment and culture

Education:

Associate’s degree preferred and/or equivalent experience
