The Cash and Trade Proc Rep 5 is an entry level role responsible for processing basic to relatively complex transfers in coordination with the Transaction Services team. The overall objective is to perform moderately complex cash & trade operation tasks, by providing processing assistance for assigned projects. **In this role, you’re expected to:** + Perform cash management operations, such as cash handling, check processing, tax / commercial card payments + Execute Foreign Inward Investment Reporting (FIIR) and Paylink transaction according established procedures and deadlinesoIncoming cross-border transactions in TWD handlingoDomestic remittance processingoDividend / ACH / Utility payment + Maintain accurate records and documentation of all transactions + Responsible incoming inquiries via various channels + Assist the department in the implementation of various projects + Conduct UAT / PROD testing when required + Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and internal controls + Support general functions **As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:** + 2-4 years of relevant experience + Demonstrated basic experience in cash management processing and transaction services + Excellent interpersonal skills and fluent communication with clear articulation in English and Mandarin + Good typing skill in English and Chinese (50 words per minute) + Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint + Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and responsible + Ability to work under high pressure and meet deadlines within a fast paced environment + Ability to work independently and as part of team with good attitude + Bachelor's / University degree or equivalent This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
