**GBS Cash Application Business Analyst – Decatur, IL**
This is a full-time exempt level position.
**General**
The NA Global Business Services Center has an opening for a GBS Cash Application Business Analyst on the Prospect to Cash team. This position will be based in the Decatur office. The successful candidate will oversee and optimize a wide range of finance and controlling processes, utilizing ADM systems such as JDE, IBM, Agris, AS400, Sage, M3, Oracle & SpecNet.
**Experience**
+ Bachelor’s Degree preferred, preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
+ Experience in Accounts Receivable, with a strong background in data analytics, problem solving and continuous improvement.
+ Experience within a Shared Services (GBS or global environment with a focus on process optimization and operational excellence.
+ Proficiency in PowerBI and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and MS Outlook.

+ Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with experience in a performance metric analysis and reporting.

+ High attention to detail and commitment to compliance with ADM policies and procedures.
**Responsibilities**
+ **Operational Leadership:** Ensure efficiency and accuracy in resolving internal and external system issues, serving as a primary escalation point for complex matters.
+ **Process Optimization:** Recommend, develop, and implement process and system improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen controls, aligned with operational excellence initiatives.
+ **Strategic Partnerships:** Collaborate effectively team and internal departments and to foster synergy and alignment in financial processes and supplier enablement efforts.
+ **KPI Monitoring:** Track and report KPIs to ensure the team meets targets, identifying and implementing corrective actions as needed.
+ **Project Leadership:** Lead and support cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives with direct impact on team performance and business objectives.
+ **SOP and Compliance:** Conduct periodic reviews of internal and external Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance and identify improvement areas.
+ **Escalation Point:** Act as the escalation point for complicated issues, coordinating solutions and aligning resolutions with supervisor guidance.
+ **Travel :** In-frequent travel as needed.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.

The pay range for this position is expected to be between:
