Cash Application/Collections Representative
**Must be local to Cleveland, Ohio**
Job Description
One of our client's divisions is consolidating AR/Cash App for all of their groups. This position will specifically help support some of the SAP transitions happening in Q2-Q3.
Responsibilities
+ Utilize Excel and a home-grown ERP system to correctly apply cash in the system for several sites/divisions.
+ Handle collections via email and over the phone with customers, working extensively in email boxes and the collections space as the aging report is growing.
+ Responsible for overall dispute resolution.
Essential Skills
+ Previous cash applications experience (1-2 years).
+ Previous collections experience.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
+ Data entry skills.
+ Accounting knowledge.
+ Collections customer service experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Strong Excel skills (testing may be administered).
+ Experience with SAP is a significant plus.
+ Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
+ Ability to hit the ground running as this is a 6-month contract.
+ Professional and effective communication skills.
Work Environment
The position requires working 5 days in the office, located in the industrial hose building. The hours are flexible between 8 AM to 5 PM in a business casual environment
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
