Qualifications

1+ years of cash application experience

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Accurately & timely process cash receipts (checks, ACHs, wires) to customers' invoicesResearch cash receipts to accurately capture & categorize customer deductions or short paymentsCash application spreadsheet and deduction back-up maintenanceCommunicates deductions and unresolved payment questions to internal departmentsOrganize, manage, and maintain team email, record, and file management for cash receiptsIdentifies and communicates process improvements to managerOther duties and administrative support tasks required
