The candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including processing data, managing accounts receivable, and handling electronic banking duties. For immediate consideration, please apply online then contact Chris Braun at (937)331-6360 Responsibilities: • Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner • Sustain precise records of customer credit • Resolve customer inquiries and issues regarding credit applications • Monitor customer accounts and perform necessary actions • Handle accounts receivable tasks efficiently • Conduct cash application activities, ensuring all transactions are accurate • Perform billing functions as required • Utilize accounting software systems effectively for data processing • Manage automated clearing house (ACH) transactions • Oversee and manage electronic banking functions effectively. Requirements • Candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. • Proficiency in Data Processing is required. • Familiarity with Accounting Functions is essential. • Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary. • Knowledge of Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions is expected. • Capability to handle Billing Functions is a must. • Understanding of Cash Activity is crucial. • Proficiency in Cash Applications is required. • Experience with Electronic Banking is necessary.
