Description We are offering a contract for a Cash Application Specialist role in the construction/contractor industry located in Saxonburg, Pennsylvania, United States. The selected candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including processing cash applications and some administrative responsibilities. Responsibilities: • Accurately process customer cash applications in a timely manner • Perform accounting functions and data processing as required • Use accounting software systems effectively to maintain accurate records • Ensure the efficient operation of accounts receivable and automated clearing house • Manage cash activity and billing functions as per company standards • Maintain customer credit records with the utmost accuracy • Resolve any customer inquiries related to cash applications • Handle administrative responsibilities as and when they arise • Utilize Epic Software and Epic System for various tasks • Prioritize tasks and responsibilities to ensure efficiency and productivity. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems • Familiarity with CyberSource platform usage • Proficiency in Data Processing tasks • Experience with Epic Software and Epic System • Ability to perform Accounting Functions accurately and efficiently • Solid understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR) • Experience with Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions • Knowledge of Billing Functions within the construction/contractor industry • Ability to manage Cash Activity effectively • Experience in Cash Applications within a relevant industry context Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
