Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Cash Application Specialist in the Service industry, based in Mlford. As a Cash Application Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing cash processing and remittance application, ensuring accurate and prompt posting of all incoming payments, and resolving any discrepancies identified during these activities. Responsibilities: • Efficiently process and post cash to multiple accounts using SAP and Ariba systems • Accurately manage daily operations related to cash processing and remittance application • Promptly post all incoming payments to the appropriate accounts • Identify and resolve any discrepancies during cash posting activities • Uphold financial standards, regulations, and guidelines on cash processing activities • Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate customer credit records • Utilize your skills in Accounting Functions, Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing Functions, Cash Activity, and Data Entry to enhance operations • Employ your proficiency in High-Volume Data Entry, Perform Data Entry, Cash Applications, SAP, SAP Ariba, and Microsoft Excel to improve service delivery.
