\nThe Cash Application Specialist will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of cash receipts, correspondence, and refund requests. This includes, but is not limited to, posting line-item payments, processing electronic payment and response files. This position will also perform tasks to resolve system edits, research and resolve credit balances, and perform adjustment processing.
In This Role\nDaily posting of all cash receipts and denials\nReview and process all correspondence\nComplete tasks as required to reconcile all deposits, payments, and adjustments\nResearch and process refund requests and recoupments\nResearch and resolve credit balances; generate refunds when applicable\nPost adjustments\nOperate effectively within standard operating procedure and demonstrate effective verbal, written, and listening skills to meet and exceed expectations\nGather and analyze information to identify and resolve issues or to develop alternative solutions when needed\nPromptly respond to customer needs and elevate the customer experience by soliciting constructive feedback from customers\nPartner with stakeholders to make timely decisions based on accurate data and evidence\nUphold our Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands Team\nOther duties as assigned by Management\n
The Ideal Person\n2+ years of experience posting cash receipts\nHigh School graduate or equivalent\nAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions\nComputer proficiency in Microsoft Windows environment\nStrong cognitive skills including analysis, problem solving, and decision making.\nAbility to work collaboratively with other team members to support data quality and integrity initiatives\nExhibit professionalism when approaching others and follow through on commitments\nStrong organizational skills with a high attention to detail\nAbility to work on multiple assignments concurrently within established timeframes\nUphold our core values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands team:\nBe open and honest\nReach for excellence\nAct with responsibility\nValue the whole person\nEnjoy the journey
