Our Client, a Property and Casualty Insurance company, is looking for a Cash Application Specialist for their Whitehouse Station, NJ location. Responsibilities: + The Cash Application Specialist is responsible for the support of the cash application process which includes the identification and matching of monies received by Client to the corresponding receivable, cash transfers, disbursements and mark-offs. + Needs to effectively communicate with peers, management and internal and external partners. + Assume ownership and respond to customer (internal/external) billing correspondence, and inquiries in a customer-centric, efficient, accurate and professional manner to achieve an optimal outcome. + Coordination across multiple business partners to provide end to end servicing, ensuring the complete resolution of customer inquiries. + Effectively navigate multiple systems (proprietary systems) and applications to research, analyze and resolve customer inquires + Work effectively in a team environment using professional interpersonal and communication skills + Promptly monitor mailboxes and provide front-line support for inquiries and escalations + Quality Control cash application and effectively report findings to management + Perform other related duties as assigned Requirements: + Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite products (including Excel, Outlook, Word) + Position requires strong emphasis on details, quality and timeliness. + Must have the ability to work across several receivable systems, policy administration systems, and inter-connected processes. + Excel-Data Entry-it would be nice to have someone who can do Vlook-ups + Outlook-Responding to incoming emails, will be constructing email texts + The ability to recognize when a problem needs to be solutioned and using the necessary resources to solve issues + Relevant work experience and or Associates Degree preferred + Prior customer service in back-office processing environment and/or quality control experience Why Should You Apply? + Health Benefits + Referral Program + Excellent growth and advancement opportunities As an equal opportunity employer, ICONMA provides an employment environment that supports and encourages the abilities of all persons without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or express, ethnicity, national origin, age, disability status, political affiliation, genetics, marital status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
