Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Cash Application Specialist based in Stamford, Connecticut. Responsibilities: • Accurately process customer credit applications using relevant accounting software systems • Handle data processing tasks related to accounts receivable and automated clearing house functions • Maintain precise customer credit records and update them as necessary • Resolve customer inquiries related to their credit applications and accounts • Monitor customer accounts and initiate appropriate action when required • Conduct billing functions and maintain accurate records of all cash activity • Keep up-to-date with changes in accounting software systems and implement them as required Requirements • Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems • Demonstrable experience with CyberSource • Ability to perform Data Processing tasks efficiently • Knowledge of basic and complex Accounting Functions • Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) management • Familiarity with Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions • Experience with Billing Functions • Capability to manage Cash Activity effectively Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
