As a Cash Application Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team, where your primary focus will be on processing customer applications and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities: • Efficiently and accurately process customer credit applications • Maintain precise records of customer credit • Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action as required • Execute billing functions and manage Cash Activity • Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) • Oversee Accounting Functions Requirements • Strong Data Processing skills are essential for handling, analyzing, and interpreting data accurately. • Understanding of Accounting Functions is necessary for accurate financial records and reports. • Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) is crucial for maintaining accurate financial records. • Knowledge of Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions is required for efficient funds transfer. • Proficiency in Billing Functions is necessary for accurate invoicing and payments. • Ability to track and report Cash Activity is vital for maintaining cash flow and financial stability.
