Description We are actively searching for a Cash Application Specialist to join a team in Vadnais Heights, Minnesota. In this role, you will manage all aspects of Accounts Receivables and provide support to the Credit Department. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Process credit card transactions and electronic checks efficiently • Collaborate with banks for wire transfers and ACH transactions • Provide support during yearly audits, particularly within the accounting department • Carry out administrative duties as required • Utilize accounting software systems to post payments, process debits and credits, and other accounting functions *Please note that all candidates are required to provide 2 recent supervisor or manager references in order to be considered for employment.
