Cash Applications Specialist Contracts/Outsourcing Trumbull, CT, US Pay Rate Low: 26.44 | Pay Rate High: 26.44 + Added - 01/10/2024 Apply for Job _We are looking for a Cash Application Specialist, who will be responsible for monitoring and supporting the Cash Receipts Process._ **Location: Trumbull, CT** **Pay** : $26.44/hr **Contract** **Job Description:** + Ensure cash receipts are applied accurately and promptly. + Verify cash receipts from checks, ACHs, wires, and credit card transactions. + Maintain efficient levels of token and credit card payment processing. + Answer incoming calls in the phone queue, handling customer inquiries and processing credit card payments. + Achieve and maintain 100% accuracy in cash application. + Resolve discrepancies by coordinating with relevant departments. + Address and resolve miscellaneous unapplied cash receipts. **Qualifications:** + Minimum of 3 years in cash applications; 5+ years preferred. + Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting required.
