Career Opportunities: Cash Applications Specialist (33211) Requisition ID 33211 - Posted - ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems US Inc - BSP North America - USA: North Carolina (Monroe - 1900 Airport Rd) - Finance - Posting Country (1) - Yes - Entry level - No Travel Required  Job Description Print Preview Responsibilities: + Daily, pull bank and credit card payment details. + Research payments to accurately identify correct customers. + Post incoming payments to the correct open A/R. + Timely, research misapplied payments across the company. + Make proper adjustments in a timely manner. + Assist internal and external customers in request associated with cash. + Create and send cash total reports on a daily basis. ACADEMIC PROFILE: High school diploma (required) EXPERIENCE PROFILE: + Two to four years high volume Cash Application experience. + Strong written and verbal communication skills. + Proven ability to meet deadlines while working in a time sensitive environment. + Proven strong customer focus with experience in a role working with multiple personalities. OTHER REQUIREMENTS: + Analytical Mindset. + A drive to see projects to the end. + Computer ability: Outlook, Word, Excel. + Self-motivated, problem solver, capable of managing multiple entities. + Ability to adapt to change with a positive attitude. + Accuracy and attention to detail. + High-energy, results-oriented approach with strong follow up skills. + Ability to take direction well. + Excellent verbal communication skills. + Reliable and disciplined.
