Kforce has a client that is seeking a Cash Applications Specialist in Tampa, FL. Duties Include: * Cash Applications Specialist will perform frequent analysis of customer accounts to ensure cash is posted correctly * Clear invoices using the functions in our ERP system * Download Lock Box report from bank site, process Dynamics generated exception report, export check copies, ensures all cash is posted accurately to invoices * As a Cash Applications Specialist, you will contact customers when remittance is not received or not legible for Dynamics to post * Post credit memos to appropriate invoices upon request of Credit Analyst
