Position Summary:

An industry-leading, manufacturing company, is looking to add a cash application specialist to their corporate team. As a Cash Application Specialist, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate application of customer payments, maintaining accurate records, resolving payment discrepancies, and supporting the accounts receivable team to ensure smooth cash flow management.

Key Responsibilities:

Process incoming payments (checks, ACH, wires, and credit card payments).Maintain up-to-date records of cash applications and transactions.Apply and process all necessary refunds to customer accounts.Reconcile payment discrepancies and unapplied cash.Investigate and resolve payment issues, such as missing or incorrect payments.

Qualifications:

3+ years of cash application experience, preferably handling a large volume of transactions. Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs).JD Edwards experience is a PLUS.
