Compensation Information:

Salary of $46,000 - $50,000 per year

Physical Requirement:

Light, work activities involve handling loads of 5kg but less than 10 kg, predominately in an indoor setting.

This job position requires physical presence at the designated location.

Accountabilities:

Daily operation of the cash office including collection of cashouts from safe, reconciliation of the main float, distribution of resort operation floats, reconciliation of ATM cash, and providing change as needed. Reconciliation and adjustments of daily cashouts from multiple locations and balance to the POS system as well as conversing with other departments regarding cash inconsistencies. Coordinate cash pick-ups and drop-offs from the armored car service. Completion of daily cash deposits as well as miscellaneous deposits from the accounting office. Review and update of all cash control training materials. Assist with seasonal training of multiple departments as needed. Maintain current and organized files. Attend all required SPR LLP orientation and training sessions. Duties as required to ensure successful operation of the accounting department including supporting of other departments and special promotions.

Ideal Candidate:

Completion of Secondary School required, additional education would be an asset High level of accuracy Attention to details Data entry skills Strong interpersonal skills Exceptional knowledge with Microsoft office Working knowledge of RTP is an asset
