Cash Control Specialist Sr.

As a cash control specialist senior on the Cash Management team, you'll play an important role in the design of processes and procedures needed to integrate merger and acquisition activities into the core Progressive Insurance standard policies and operating procedures. You'll collaborate with a variety of departments and business units as the expert in understanding, planning, and communicating the essential elements involved with new and ongoing integrations. In addition, you'll learn and become part of the department’s overall daily cash positioning and ancillary support responsibilities.

This is a hybrid role located in Mayfield Village, OH.

Must-have qualifications

High school diploma/GED equivalent and a minimum of 9 years related business experience (e.g. banking).Bachelor's degree or higher in Business or related field of study (e.g. Finance) and a minimum of 6 years related business experience (e.g. banking).

Preferred skills

Strong knowledge of current treasury related functions and bankingExperience with merger and acquisition integration and ability to construct process and procedures based on conceptsBasic knowledge of accounting and Kyriba treasury workstation and strong Microsoft Skills (Excel, Word) coupled with the ability to combine various systems to solve problemsStrong written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact with all levels of managementExperience as an independent self-starter and in collaborative team environments

Compensation

$72,100 - $96,100/year depending on position levelGainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance and position level
