As the Cash Office Responsible, you play a crucial role in ensuring that our back-of-house and cash office are both organised and finely tuned for optimal performance. By maintaining high standards and implementation of correction routines, you directly contribute to elevating both direct and indirect customer-service experiences. Your partnership with the management team is key to boosting profitability through smart logistics and efficient store operations. Together, we're not just running a store, but crafting an engaging and profitable store experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Offering customers a high level of service, through styling advice, product knowledge and store experienceOpening and closing the store and supporting the other members of the management team when requiredProcessing and banking daily salesInputting payrollTaking ownership of the store audit result and training others on store operationsReceiving and processing deliveriesOverseeing store operationsReplenishmentBeing a brand ambassador and providing the best experience for our customers

What You Need to Succeed:  

Knowledge

You understand what makes a great customer experiencePrior retail or customer-facing experienceFluent in Lithuanian and English languagesPrevious knowledge of cash management & payroll entry is an advantage

Past achievements

Proven experience in coaching the others on Heath and Safety, security routinesExperience in store operation including store opening and closing routines, processing deliveries.

Compensation: €1610 brut per month

Additional Information
