Cash Operations Specialist

We are seeking a motivated individual to support operations, primarily focusing on accounts receivable functions. This position is integral to a dynamic finance team and will involve a variety of tasks related to cash management. The Cash Operations Specialist will act as a point of contact for resolving cash-related discrepancies and inquiries, both internally and externally. Key Responsibilities:

Accurately process and record incoming cash transactions.Prepare and manage daily collections, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.Collaborate with customers and team members to address any discrepancies and inquiries.Review current accounts receivable processes and identify areas for improvement.Work closely with various internal teams within the finance department.Assist with financial audits as needed.Maintain reconciliation of related accounts and ensure timely transactions.Establish best practices for accounts receivable processes and compliance.Take on additional responsibilities as required.

Qualifications:
