As the Cash & Store Operation Responsible, you play a crucial role in ensuring that our back-of-house and cash office are both organised and finely tuned for optimal performance. By maintaining high standards and implementation of correction routines, you directly contribute to elevating both direct and indirect customer-service experiences. Your partnership with the management team is key to boosting profitability through smart logistics and efficient store operations. Together, we're not just running a store, but crafting an engaging and profitable store experience. You play a crucial role in ensuring that our back-of-house is organised and finely tuned for optimal performance. Key Responsibilities:

Offering customers a high level of service, through styling advice, product knowledge and store experienceOpening and closing the store and supporting the other members of the management team when requiredProcessing and banking daily salesInputting payrollTaking ownership of the store audit result and training others on store operationsReceiving and processing deliveriesOverseeing store operationsReplenishmentBeing a brand ambassador and providing the best experience for our customersReceive and process stock deliveries and shop floor replenishmentCreate a highly organized stockroom following store operations best practicesEnsure size availability on the shop floor together with the Store Management teamImplement commercial activities including sales in the stockroomTrain all colleagues on store logistic training and best practices

What You Need to Succeed:  

Knowledge

You understand what makes a great customer experiencePrior retail or customer-facing experienceFluent in Norwegian and EnglishPrevious knowledge of cash management & payroll entry is an advantage
