**Position Description** This position will be primarily responsible for providing detailed analysis and reporting to assist the Manager of Cash Operations in the revenue reconciliation and related expenses of the restaurants across all Flynn Restaurant Brands. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** + Provides guidance and training to new and existing employees in SAP and Kyriba reconciliation software + Perform administrative duties of Kyriba Treasury workstation software, including mapping rules, reconciliation terms, and GL coding for all depository, credit card, and gift card accounts + Reviews outstanding reconciliations as well as monitors GL Cash Accounts + Audit and allocate vendor invoices for multiple brands + Review and research credit cards, refunds, and cash + Support Senior Cash Coordinator in set up of new builds and acquisitions + Identify and implement process improvements and cost efficiencies, especially in the area of banking and smart safes + Special projects as required **Basic Qualifications** + Qualified professionals must have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or Finance with 2+ years of work experience + Must possess strong Excel skills as well as demonstrated proficiency in reconciliation and general ledger accounting; SAP experience is preferred but not required + Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with a customer-service mindset + Must possess strong analytical and research skills with great attention to detail + Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment + Must possess personal drive and ownership **Why Work for Flynn?** Flynn Group offers a variety of benefits and perks to encourage and empower our employees.
