POSITION: Cashier           

DEPARTMENT: Food and Beverage

REPORTS TO: Director of Food and Beverage     

Summary

ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for Cashier for ASM Global/Sames Auto Arena. This position is responsible for taking orders and receiving payment at various food stations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Include the following:

Set up Concession stand prior to opening with condiments, napkins, utensils, etc.Take customer orders and communicate them to the kitchenOperate cash resister which includes punching in orders, taking cash/credit cards and giving customer appropriate changeOrganize and serve customers with food ordered in a timely mannerEstablish and maintain positive client/customer relationshipsClean and maintain Concession standsPerform other duties as assigned

Other duties may be assigned.

Education and/or Experience         

High school diploma or GED preferred

Skills and Abilities

Must have attention to detailMust have good oral and written communication skillsMust have the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divideMust have strong customer service skillsMust have good organizational skillsMust have basic working knowledge of cash register and cash handling proceduresMust be able to pass credit background check
