We are currently looking for a Cashier to join our Property & Asset Management team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our financial operations and client service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:Review and process transfer requests in compliance with current proceduresHandle income and payments within regulatory and internal deadlinesManage bank account opening and closing services for client accounting teamsServe as liaison with the firm's bankers for day-to-day queriesSupport client account payment processing activitiesResolve stakeholder bank-related queries efficientlyQualifications and Skills:Required:Minimum GCSE Level education, including Maths and EnglishExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalStrong organizational abilities, including task prioritization and follow-upCustomer-focused mindset with commitment to outstanding serviceMeticulous attention to detailFlexibility to work extended hours during peak periodsProficiency in MS Office and E-banking applicationsKnowledge of cashiering, client accounting, and client money rulesExcellent interpersonal skillsPreferred:AAT qualification or equivalentExperience in the banking sectorKey Attributes:Ability to explain queries and problems conciselyCompose clear, concise emails and letters independentlyProfessional telephone mannerAdaptability to changing priorities and workloadsJoin our Property & Asset Management team to contribute to a dynamic financial environment while developing your skills in cashiering, client account management, and banking operations.
