Job Overview:
The Cashier is responsible for performing a wide variety of routine tasks in the kitchen, trayline, and dishwashing areas according to standard practices and procedures and complying with regulatory requirements, ensuring that customer needs and satisfaction are met.

Potential Days and Shifts to be Worked (Flexibility Required) Monday-Friday 6:20am-2:20pm9:00am-2:30pm10:30am-6:30pmEvery weekend as needed, 6:45am-4:30pmEssential Functions:
Sets up cash register Receive bank count and place operating cash according to denominations into registerOperate register during meal periodsRing up total charges, make changeBalance cash receipts, meal tickets and guest passes (must match register tapes)Set up bank in properdenominations for next shiftAssist in cleaning and sanitizing of work area and equipment, performs general routine cleaning duties and non-routine duties as directedMaintain established policies and procedures, standards and practices in physical safety and food preparation such has HACCP, to achievedepartmental objectives in high quality, nutritional meals, customer and patient safetyOther Duties:
