JOB DUTIES: + Work directly on sales floor, and registers, throughout the store, assisting customers. + Process all store transactions according to established procedures including returns and transfers. + Maintain store appearance with general cleaning, caring for plants, dusting, pricing, stocking and displaying merchandise. + Assist with carryout and cart retrieval. + Answer customer calls as needed + Provide accurate, timely and friendly service to both Bachman’s customers and potential customers. QUALIFICATIONS: + Demonstrates excellent customer relations and communication skills is required. + Must be able to read and write English, perform basic math skills. + High energy level. Demonstrated ability to follow through on work direction. + Past register experience - preferred. + Work is performed in areas with weather extremes of heat and cold, and wet conditions. + The position requires standing/walking on hard surface during the entire shift, working at a fast pace. + Must be able to lift 50lbs. with frequent bending.
