General Summary of Duties: Responsible for providing exceptional customer service while greeting, all guests. Tendering transactions, assist with preparing food products, stocking.and maintaining front-of-house areas.
Typical Physical/Mental Demands: Requires bending, reaching and prolonged standing, requires accessing items at floor level to six (6) feet; ability to lift and maneuver items up to fifty (50) pounds; ability to push and pull one hundred (100) pounds; requires normal sense of smell, taste, touch and sound; ability to see; requires eye/hand coordination and manual dexterity; requires the ability to distinguish letters, figures or symbols; ability to operate a point of sale (POS) system; communicates directly with guests and management in English; understands and complies with policies and procedures, job description and other instructions.
Typical Working Conditions: Ability to tolerate varying conditions of noise level, temperature, foodstuff smells, illumination and air quality.
