Forward documents to Finance Manager/General Manager (i.e. purchase orders, invoices, check requests, band deposits, petty cash reimbursements and cash orders)Reconcile safeIssue banks to service staffAudit all checkoutsHandle lost and foundCreate credit card manifestsRetail compsRun “end of night” reportsReconcile petty cashIssue paychecksDrop change ordersIssue change as neededIssue Point of Sales supplies as necessaryAccount for all party sheets/trades/gift certificates on a nightly basisPrepare Federal Express to central accountingDaily deposit of cashConducts research of credit card disputesCreate audited payments summary sheetsArmored pick-upClose out all persons processing transactionsRun miscellaneous credit cardsCreate banking manifestsComplete band settlementsTrack party depositsDisburse, receive and log petty cashAudit staff banksTrack employee incentive cardsIssue and track usage of keysInput Accounts PayableUnique daily operational needsWHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
Required:
1-2 years experience with cash handling in a high-volume facilityBasic comprehension in Accounting and MathKnowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint)Ability to communicate with staff and managementMulti-task, meet tight deadlines and recognize and correct accounting errorsHigh School DiplomaTolerance of all cultures, music and art formsPreferred:
