WE LOVE OUR WORK. Directs and supervises activities of the Player Services Department during assigned shift.Ensures that all departmental, local, state and federal rules and gaming regulations are followed.Assists with training, evaluating and counseling of Player Services team members on assigned shift.Safeguards all Player Services assets.Makes credit decisions when necessary to insure uninterrupted service to credit players.Directly supervise front-line cage team members to include cage and main banker cashiersPrepare currency transaction reportsPrepare daily cash summaryVerify vault accountability at end of shiftWork as a cashier and/or in the bank as neededConduct individual or group pre-shift meetings with team members and provide daily positive feedbackUnderstand and adhere to regulatory, department and company policies and proceduresMake determinations regarding types of materials, supplies, or tools to be usedEffectively and efficiently manage labor costs and staffing objectives while achieving guest satisfactionUnderstand and adhere to all bargaining unit agreementsComply with all reasonable requests made by managementManages subordinate supervisors who supervise team members in the Player Services Department.Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these team membersCarries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.Assist in interviewing, hiring, and training team members; Planning, assigning, and directing work; Evaluating performance; rewarding and disciplining team members; Addressing complaints and resolving problems.This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive and team members may also be asked to perform other reasonable related duties as assigned.
