JOB SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Casino Operations Controller, the Casino Cashier Multi-Shift Manager directs the cashiering area in a manner that safeguards the assets of the company. This position interacts extensively with Senior Leadership, Operational areas, and Regulatory Compliance personnel.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Manages and directs the day-to-day operations of the Financial Service Center including safeguarding assets. Instills Mission, Vision, and Values every day with each customer and team member. Responsible for knowing internal controls, policies/procedures, and adheres to all Gaming Commission Regulatory requirements Guides and instructs Financial Service Center Team Members in the proper performance of their duties. Plans, develops, and implements revised procedures to improve the efficiency and profitability of the Financial Service Center. Management of cashiering variance policy and subsequent disciplinary measures Provides labor analysis and ensures efficient utilization based on business needs. Integrates customer satisfaction strategy through anticipation of customer needs and service offerings. Oversees and/or personally gathers all information required to establish, update, and perform quarterly reviews of internal processes. Manage occasional special projects such as department improvements, conventions, international players, and special events. Performs accounting functions. Works front line window, chip bank, main bank, and employee window. Order and inventory supplies as required Report all suspicious persons, activities, or hazardous conditions to Security and Risk/Safety Management Develop and implement all corporate directives/guidelines in a timely manner Performs other duties as assigned by the Casino Controller.EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
Must be 21 years old or older. General business and accounting knowledge with broad knowledge of casino, slot, and table games, rules, regulations, procedures, and administration preferred. Strong organizational, managerial, and communication skills required. Demonstrated strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making competencies. Must be able to work independently. Must be able to work varied shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed. Must be able to obtain a required Principal Gaming License.PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:

$60,000 - $80,000 Bi-Weekly Pay Dates FTO, 401(k), Medical, Dental, Vision, Life & Disability Insurance Incentive Bonus Program
