THE JOB:

is key to building strong relationships with guests to help boost revenue. You’ll make sure guests are treated well, from hosting events and promotions to addressing any concerns they may have. You’ll also keep track of guest rewards and play activity to ensure everything runs smoothly and accurately. Your goal is to make sure guests have a great time and leave happy, all while following company guidelines and procedures. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their time with us. 

THE STARTING RATE: $22 per hour

THE SCHEDULE: Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Schedule may vary depending on business needs.

Afternoon: 3:30 PM – 12:15 AMEvening: 5:00 PM – 1:45 AM

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Provide excellent customer service and act as a good will ambassador to guests; anticipate and resolve problems as appropriate.Educate and train hosted players on upcoming tournaments, promotions, and events.Answer all hosted players questions in a timely manner, either in person or via phone or email.

 THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.Has at least 2 years of sales/marketing or hospitality experience

The typical pay range for this role is:

Minimum - Maximum

$22.28 - $37.19

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
