POSITION SUMMARY
The employee in this position is responsible for providing superior service to both internal and external guests. The Casino Host is also responsible for identification, development and maintenance of all VIP players as well as for providing a favorable gaming experience for those players.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provides superior guest service, positively affects interactions with guests and employees, and has the resiliency to deal with difficult guests in all types of business conditions and the ability to work effectively and courteously with fellow employees. Evaluates customer’s play for comping needs. Communicates with VIP players through telemarketing, letter writing and on-floor interaction about available services, promotional opportunities and special events. Assist Marketing department with special events, tournaments, promotions, etc Communicates between guests and management employees to ensure customer satisfaction. Completes all assigned duties, paperwork and reports in a timely manner. Review activities and promotional status with Manager of Marketing Operations Provides feedback to Manager of Marketing Operations about status and concerns of VIP players. Completes all company-required training within designated time frames. Must possess excellent phone etiquette skills and have the ability to make over 100+ cold calls per week.
