This includes keeping records of the disposition of each phone call. personalized emails to customers with a valid email address. direct Mail/Notes to VIPs with a valid physical mailing address learn and record VIP information to establish a rapport (ex. Birthday, marital status, game preferences, communication preferences, etc. ◊Update and manage VIP contact information in the Super Playmate database. ◊Market/sell casino offers, promotions, hotel stays and other amenities to driveincremental visitation. ◊Assist VIPs with personalized needs such as, but not inclusive of, hotel or restaurantreservations. ◊Periodically survey and monitor surrounding competition concerning club points,promotions, and progress. ◊Identify players with the potential to become a VIP. ◊Issue discretionary comps (food, gas, hotel) based on play to build loyalty among currentand potential VIPs ◊Assists with Special marketing and promotion events ◊Be knowledgeable of all Player’s Club operations ◊Performs assigned Player Development duties within deadlines ◊Provides assistance to supervisors and managers in direct support of theMarketing/Player Development department. ◊Implementing special VIP events monthly in alliance with the Player DevelopmentManager Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty cheerfully, satisfactorily and in a timely manner. ◊The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. ◊Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
