The overall gaming strategy has been written, and now our client needs to deliver on it. **Job Description** We are seeking a **Casino Loyalty Project Manager** who will be responsible for providing leadership and executing the strategic plan to migrate our casino department into the future with a true Gaming Loyalty Platform. This role will drive the strategic path forward to a real-time gaming experience. The overall gaming strategy has been written, and now our client needs to deliver on it. **This position is full-time, onsite, and a contract that renews on a semi-annual basis.** **Candidate will require travel up to 25%. Due to our end client, candidates must be able to work on CAI's W2 and be eligible to work in the US without a need for sponsorship now or in the future.** **What You’ll Do** + Lead the strategic direction of our onboard real-time platform needs across all brands and touch points + Lead the development of the casino real-time platform vision and definition of technology products + Accountable for the on-time, on-budget, and on-strategy delivery of our products and projects + Set corporation-wide technology standards and practices + Manage all aspects of personnel management for direct reports and the overall team + Own business relationships with all key stakeholders, Director level and above + Provide input into Opex budget and manage to the set budget for the cost center + Provide budget estimates for capital projects and manage project delivery within budget + Responsible for technology capex and Opex products, with an assumed budget of $5M - $10M per year + Manage product delivery budget, including vendor management, more than $5M per year + May own Capital Appropriation Requests (CAR) of up to $50M **What You’ll Need** Required: + Experience with casino floor tracking, customer management, and real-time data analytics + Proficiency in implementing scalable, cloud-based solutions + Expertise in deploying AI and machine learning tools + Strong understanding of security protocols and regulatory compliance + Proven ability to manage large-scale modernization projects + Minimum 10 years in a gaming/casino product, design, or engineering senior leadership role + Experience leading teams/organizations in bringing high-quality technology products to market + Deep knowledge and extensive track record in leading teams in the delivery of technology products + Proven ability to collaborate with and achieve actionable results through others + Exceptional verbal and written communication and project/program leadership skills + Candidate will require travel up to 25%.
